Step 2... what to sell

So you've got the mindset, and the tools to market (Veretekk), now you need a product and a domain name for your spot on the Web. Now a word of caution, there are some great businesses out there, but there are far more not-so-great ones. You need a company that offers a legitimate product or service, and who will be there for support, and training after you've bought in... and not leave you stranded. You need a company you can feel comfortable with personally that offers something people need and will benefit their lives. I believe very strongly in (and among others), the Predator/Jaguar marketing system for many reasons. They offer a cutting edge Web based business for a very reasonable one-time price. One can buy in at Platinum, Gold, or Silver as their budget allows and regardless of which one they choose, have all the resources available at their disposal. Briefly, here's what you get:
The primary
Predator Marketing System site.
The
Jaguar Marketing System site.
The
Why Start and Never Quit site.
The
Mentors on a Mission site.
Comprehensive training on every aspect of the business.
And then there's the personal support which is incredible. When a prospect visits your site and wants more information, a professional support staff speaks to them on your behalf and will close the sale if their ready. Also, you can call or email at anytime with your own questions and can depend on prompt answers. Then there's your sponsor (or mentor), to help you in your business. That would be me if you signed up at
MorePlayDays! Another perk of your websites is that you can market any other business from your personal portfolio page. So if you're already in another business, or want to expand later... just link it! For instance, my newest Internet endevor is ITV Ventures (which has become my primary business), that I link to Predator, along with a very affordable MLM business, and even a free credit card referral business. There are 4 links to other sites currently available, but soon that will be increased to 6. By the way, Predator is not MLM, but operates on a one-up system. In other words, your first system sale goes to your mentor, after which you earn $1000 to $3000 per sale. This is a very good business model that has proven to be very effective for many successful companies. Earlier, I mentioned a domain name for your business... pick something catchy that folks will remember and that relates to your business if at all possible. Just go to GoDaddy and get hooked up with the domain and then mask it for your URL. They'll show you how to do that, and GoDaddy has great prices and support as well so I'm happy to give them a free endorsement. Well that's it for this post. I hope the advice helps. Of course I recommend my business, but there are lots of good ones out there. Do your due diligence and research several companies before making a commitment, but at some point... jump in and enjoy the adventure! It's gotta start somewhere and I'm just recommending what I know, and what has been proven to work.
I wish you the best, Rob

Gonna start... first step!

OK, you've decided you're gonna make some money on the WWW... COOL! You've got the gumption, the mindset, and some resources to invest into a home based business. Alrighty then... now what... here's what... you need a set of tools to get yourself into the marketing business. Whether you're gonna market widgets or an established company, you need the tools to do it... and do it right! Enter Veretekk to the scene. These guys have been around for 8 plus years and they know what they're doing. Mike Darling, Ted Pendergast and company are the geeks with the tools to get 'er done. I've looked into their system very critically and have found them to be dedicated, ethical, tireless, and constantly evolving. They are cutting edge in the realm of lead generation, traffic portals, auto-responders, training, or anything you need for marketing your business. And the kicker is that you can try their system for free! Sign up for a free Silver Veretekk marketing system here, and prove to yourself that this is the BOMB!
Here's the 1,2, 3... (1) sign up for a free silver system. (2) Go to Veretraining and attend some classes. And (3), use your knowledge and resources to market your business. I said it before, but it needs repeating, this is not rocket surgery people... it's Internet marketing. It requires some knowledge and tools to make it happen, but it does not require a college education (but you college grads can do it too)!
Here's the analogy Tom Pendargast uses... The Internet is an oil field and Veretekk has the biggest freakin' drill on the planet! Guys and gals, these nurds mean business, and your business will prosper if you use their drills. They are all about SEO (search engine optimization), and they will teach you how to get your listing to the top... among other things.
So that's my advice, and yes, if you use my link, I'll get the commission if you upgrade to gold... I'm not here to trick anyone. Rather, I'm here as someone who has become a believer through experience, and I endorse their product because it works. 'Nuff said!

God bless, Rob

Where do you start?

Good question! Assuming you've made up your mind that you are going to make a serious commitment to Internet marketing and not be in the 95 % who give up if they don't make their money back in the first week, congratulations, you've started out with the best asset you could possibly have... positive mindset! That's the best advice I could give anyone. People who are much less intelligent than you (IE, me), are succeeding at it, simply because they believe they can, and they are too stubborn to let anyone tell them they can't. What did I know about setting up sequential mailers, and daisy chaining my marketing portals for higher SEO 4 months ago? Well, in a couple of choice words... I didn't know Jack Scat! But here's the thing, it's not rocket surgery my friends, it's just a matter of learning to use a few new tools. After a while, you'll be as proficient with say... Blasotmatic as a carpenter is with his level or chalk line. Point being, you learn quickly by doing, especially if you have a little interest and incentive going for ya. Increased confidence comes through practice and familiarity, but in the beginning you just have to believe in yourself. Start positive, stay positive, and affirm yourself daily. Surround yourself with positive, motivational stuff. For instance, click here and sign up for free daily motivational messages. You know what works great for me? I've got an old form (a recipe checklist) that I used to have to fill out all the time at my former "day job". Whenever I look at it I feel thankful that I don't have to do that anymore, and I'm inspired to learn the next Internet marketing technique.
In my next installment, I'll get to the actual "rubber meets the road" steps one should take (IMHO), in getting started in Internet marketing.

Internet Marketing... Why I Started

Hi, I'm Rob... just a regular guy who's made a LOT of changes in his life lately in the realm of working for a living vs. Internet marketing. Here's my abridged story, 'cause I know you don't know me from Adam and could probably care less, but here it goes anyway. For the last 17 years, I worked as the Production Formulation Technician at a major photographic color paper manufacturer. My job was to produce, tweak, and scale the recipes for all the solutions that we coated onto the paper... I was the "recipe guy". Well, my company decided to pull out of the paper, film, and SLR camera divisions, so there went my job with the plant closing. It was then I began looking on-line for "work at home opportunities" but everything out there seemed to be over-hyped and "scammy" looking. As a matter of fact, my first venture was PAS (prosperity automated system), and they got shut down by the SEC one week after enrolling! Great... so I'm losing my job and I'm out $4K on a business that's shut down. Luckily, my PAS sponsor was a nice Christian lady who had a conscience and felt bad about the whole mess. She pulled some strings and signed me up in Predator Marketing System (http://www.moreplaydays.biz/), to set things right. That's when I began learning about REAL marketing techniques through their live trainings and about Veretekk (http://www.moreplaydays.net/), which is the amazing marketing engine which can support any WEB business you endevor to pursue, as well as having it's own affliate system (which I have profited from).
Wow, what an education I've had, and still getting, and will continue to get from here on. Everything from setting up a domain to posting my own bolgs, I'm soaking it up like a sponge and never looking back. Folks, I have found my niche, and I'm working it from home and loving it. I plan to post my travels here to encourage the lay-marketer-average-person out there so check back often for new content and links. I hope I can help you succeed. God bless,
Rob
